Changes to your Reservation:
Attendees whose hotel reservations were made by The Corps Network will receive their hotel confirmation numbers from their staff point of contact. If you are one of these individuals and make any changes to your room reservation before 4:00 PM (Eastern Time) 48 hours prior to arrival, please contact Theresa Precia firstname.lastname@example.org and she will make them for you. If you must make changes after that time, contact the hotel directly and get the name of the person with whom you spoke; if cancelling your reservation, get a cancellation number as well. Please send an email to Theresa immediately for her records, saying that you contacted the hotel directly, who you spoke with and detail the changes. In addition, EAP reps should “cc” Leslie email@example.com.
Note: Last minute changes may result in additional room charges which will be passed along to you.
If you made your own reservations, contact the hotel directly with any changes as soon as possible. The Fairmont and most other DC Hotels are totally booked during our conference, so if you must cancel one night or your entire stay, please check with Theresa Precia before contacting the hotel in case TCN needs to utilize your cancellation for someone who may be booked in a non-conference room or different hotel. We greatly appreciate your help.
Guests of Fairmont Hotels & Resorts will enjoy High Speed Internet connectivity in their guest room if they enroll in Fairmont President’s Club prior to their arrival via https://www.fairmont.com/fpc/enroll/. Wireless Internet access is available in all public areas in the lobby lounge.
Named Best Hotel Chain by treehugger.com’s Best of Green: Travel and Nature, Fairmont Hotels make it possible to keep the environment in mind no matter where you're traveling. With locations worldwide, the entire company tackles energy and water conservation, waste management, locally-sourced menus and responsible buying. Individual properties have their own green initiatives, too: a location in Vancouver donates leftover food to community support groups; an Alberta hotel turns kitchen oil into biodiesel; and, the Sonoma resort installed compact fluorescent light bulbs, saving $61,000 on its annual energy bill and preventing the release of close to 320,000 pounds of carbon dioxide (and those are just the small changes).
